JC Calciano’s love for filmmaking—especially the casting process—inspired him to transform his passion into something more.

During parties and gatherings, JC would invite friends and family to audition for movie scenes as he directed them, much like in a real movie.

The fun and laughter from these evenings motivated him to create Casting Call, a card game where participants act out zany scripts for a “director” in search of their next big star.

Casting Call is not just a wildly fun game; it offers a glimpse into the eccentric, wacky—and true—world of Hollywood!
