- To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused.
- Only items purchased directly from our website can be returned. For products bought from other retailers, please refer to their return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue, and we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Items on Sale
- Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Contact Us.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
